[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] lls: move the Cholesky decomposition in a separate function

Hi.

The attached patch moves the Cholesky decomposition of a matrix in a
separate function and documents it.

The regression tests still succeed, which is not surprising since they do
not test the LPC code. A test FLAC encoding produces a file identical to the
original code.

This version is not slower than the original (I find speed += 0.3% with
stddev = 0.6% for a test FLAC encoding with -use_lpc 12).
