[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Move pixdesc.{h,c} to lavu

Hi all,

currently pixdesc code is disabled and in libavcodec.

Moving it to libavutil would allow to remove some dependencies (for
example lavfi won't depend anymore on lavc when it will be turned to
use pixdesc rather than imgconvert), and would also allow to reduce
code duplication (for example swscale pixfmt names won't be duplicated 
in lavc/lsws).

Is OK to move pixdesc.{h,c} to lavu?
