[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Fixes detection and error reporting of missing files in img2.c

Hello!

Currently av_open_input_file() seems to succeed for nonexisting files 
that are handled by img2.c.
Attached patch fixes img2.c to give correct error reporting for 
nonexisting files.
