[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Document avfilter_draw_slice() order assumption

Hi, as in subject.

Slices have to be provided in sequential error, otherwise the scale
filter will misbehaves and so the filterchain.

I forgot that, and this caused me a major headache when debugging the
pad filter, hopefully this notice should make it harder to forget it
;-).
