[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Fix for inverted sign in ffvorbis audio output (resubmit)

Hello,

This set of patches has been already OK'ed, but then was lost:

Minor tweaks added to make them apply cleanly to the current FFmpeg sources.

Hanging on #theora irc channel last Friday evening, I noticed a discussion
about very poor state of xiph codecs support in FFmpeg and ffvorbis was
also attributed to be non-conformant. Would be nice to fix at least some
of these problems.

There is still an open problem with incorrect length of the decoded audio
(already known as issue #970) which was also emphasized. Any takers?

PS. It was very interesting to hear their feedback. And it's surely good
when the problems can be discussed in a friendly manner.
