I changed all of them to use the AOT enum but I left #29 (AOT_PS/old
mp3on4 draft) pointing at CODEC_ID_MP3ON4.
I have yet to get any complaints about PS being redirected to mp3on4
but the only faad2 supports PS not ffaac.
