I have changed the script to try and upload as many times as possible
when it's not testing, but the cygwin machine still has issues...

I haven't investigated why either. Actually I want to move all steps
that are not configure/make/test to outside of Windows. Mans, could
you please share the changes you did to run the tests on your beagle
board? It will certainly be different in Windows, but I'm sure it can
help me.
