[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] G.729 Frame erasure support for LSF decoding

In hope that LSF decoding patch will not require big rewriting,
i'm posting this patch.

This code restores LSF using LSF and ma_predictor values from previous
frame in case when
frame erasure was detected.
