[FFmpeg-devel] where is user_data of mpeg-2 video in ffmpeg ?

hello,
according to iso13818-2(mpeg-2 video stander), the header of every pic, Gop,
seq
have a user_data field. But I didn't find the relative fanction or interface
which
we can use for some individual purpose. is that true? or because just I did
find
in right place?
any advice would be very appreciated !
