I suspect there is something funny going on here...
If I modify rtpenc_h264.c, I see that rtpenc_h264.d is regenerated (I just
tried a "touch libavformat/rtpenc_h264.c; make", and I see that the build
system is correctly generating a new libavformat/rtpenc_h264.d); hence,
this error should not have occurred...
