[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] DTS timestamp fix for mpegts.c

Hi,

attached is the patch for fix of missing DTS, when the packet header 
contains only PTS (in this case, DTS should be set to the same value as 
PTS, as implied in H.222.0 standard, section 2.7.5), as discussed in 
AVCHD/H.264 thread.

I'd like to ask the maintainer to review and apply it.
