Hi team,

When you submit code to SVN, please make sure it's Windows-friendly, 
because FATE now tracks Windows build/test results:

:) Actually, they're Cygwin and MinGW configurations. If you have ever 
wondered how these platforms build FFmpeg, click on one of their build 
records to see the full build command line.
