[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] separate flac demuxer from raw.c

Hi,

This patch separates the raw FLAC demuxer from raw.c to a new file,
flacdec.c.  raw_read_partial_packet() needs to be shared in order to do
this.  As for the copyright for the new file, I just left Fabrice's in
there because he wrote ac3_read_header(), which became
audio_read_header(), which was used for flac_read_header().
