You are absolutely correct, thanks for fi{nd,x}ing.

I'd say just remove the "counting from zero" from the help output,
manpage is good enough and help output should be small, but I don't
care much either way. Please apply the other three and make sure the
last one gets applied one way or another before Diego's release.
