[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] AAC: make independent coupling faster

Hi all,

With the use of some const keywords, I've managed to make
apply_independent_coupling substantially faster. On am05_96 I've managed to
decrease the cycle count in apply_indenpendent_coupling by 75%. On a tree
with the punning patch applied this gives an overall savings of 3.9%.
