WinFF appears to be a GPL program, I cannot see how anybody could be
against it advertising the use of FFmpeg with our logo.  Even if it
were not, I think use of the logo is fine for advertising uses of
FFmpeg.

Who created the logo?  Do we need to develop a set of guidelines for
its usage?
