Does a roundup issue exist for this? A search for "latm" returned
issue 244 by Aurel. It seems related but I also have an MPEG-PS
sample, and it doesn't address the second issue of the negative
bitrate being reported.
And were the samples moved or removed? I logged in to upload text
files to describe the issue and couldn't change to the directory...
(my fault, I should have done that last week)
