i dont remember, anyway have you tried a writing a little script?
shouldnt be hard to search for "ok|looks ok|..." and "applied"

the big advantage with that is that it works with the past
the disadvanatge is that someone will likely have to send a few
"applied" mails that where forgotten
this of course wont work that easily for patches with just some hunks ok-ed
but its still usefull for the rest ..
