the question is how should it detect the relation between roundup
and a upoaded file?
A check filename for 'issue[1-9][0-9]*
B check directory name for 'issue[1-9][0-9]*
C grep txt file for 'issue[1-9][0-9]*
D check roundup for links to incoming
from this C and D can detect incorrect relations.
I do think that solving this involves requireing the user to provide
data in a standard format and have the server reject or delete what
does not conform ..
