This seems a funny argument, considering _render is used nowhere else
(so it is a mystery what it is supposed to signify), and even if
it is indeed about video output it makes no sense, since those headers
do _not_ provide any functions to display the video.
They may provide stuff that is needed to implement a renderer, but I do
not know of any single header that is named for what it is used to
implement, they are all named for what they provide.
I do think that vdpau.h is a bad name because it does not really say
what it actually provides (not all of vdpau certainly), but adding
_renderer make it worse by misleading.
