patch rejected, you may close the issue as invalid. These are as far as
i can see decoder/demuxer bugs.

If someone has a different oppinion quotes from recent MS specs will be
needed or test results with _recent_ MS windows OS.

your patch also likely breaks playback of all asf files with >2 chan using
MS players.
