I believe it is not in violation if you include a copy of the ffmpeg
sources, and a way to rebuild the app with a 'newer' version of ffmpeg. That
is what we do with Wunder Radio. See:

I believe some of the other radio apps may be using ffmpeg, but not
including credit / source / etc.
