[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]Make H264 parser less verbose

Hi!

When played back with mplayer, all H264 over rtsp streams produce the 
following output several times per frame:
non-existing PPS referenced

Could the verbosity of this message be reduced to DEBUG?
