[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] support sample formats other than S16 for small last frame

Hi,

The current code only works because the 3 encoders which use
CODEC_CAP_SMALL_LAST_FRAME only support SAMPLE_FMT_S16.  This will
(hopefully) change in the future.
