First patch is fine with me. Second patch I have my doubts about
making the fmtp function exported. Luca (both :-) ), we could consider
adding a parse_fmtp() to RTPDynamicProtocolHandler, is that OK? Since
rtp_h264.c and Theora (and likely others; AAC?) also use this.
