Huh? My mail to be bug tracker never got through, but FFmpeg is not
losing them, instead it duplicates the I-frame - well at least if you
use "ffmpeg -i ... -f image2". I admit I didn't actually check if that
is due to frame-duplication in the A-V sync code or if it's error
concealment or something in the decoder, I now think it is the former...

You are aware I sent a patch to do that only recently (though I could fully
understand if Michael does not like it).
