[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] [PPC] [RFC] remove gcc_fixes.h

gcc_fixes.h contains a number of (ugly) workarounds for issues in the
PPC versions of gcc prior to 3.3 and 4.0.  Since AFAIR we do not support
gcc versions prior to 4.0 on PPC anyway and gcc 4.0+ should be readily
available on all supported PPC platforms, I propose we get rid of this
old compatibility cruft.

The attached patch does that.  I have left out the removal of
gcc_fixes.h from the patch.
