It surely will need a copyright header and some comments, but I can
provide them :)
If I remember well, my patch was correct but suboptimal in splitting the
frames. I recently received (in private) an alternative patch which
might implement a more advanced splitting of the H.263 frames... I'll
try to check it in the weekend, and compare it with my original patch.
