Hi Luca et al.,

I think the old thread is getting a bit long, so let's restart. I
currently have 7 patches in my tree to get multistream RDT/RTSP to
work, so let's start by getting that in. The current state is that
simple one-stream (audio-only) RDT works. Video+audio doesn't work
because the stream ID isn't set properly, so here's a patch that fixes
it, Luca didn't like it (which is OK, I think patches have improved
greatly by previous discussions), so let's re-start the discussion on
how to do this properly. The patch also rewrites a header parsing
function in rdt.c, if approved I can apply these changes separately if
wanted.

As always, my full applied patch-tree against trunk SVN is at [1], I
hope you can see it shrinking over time.
