[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Extend BMP decoding support

This patch enables decoding of BMP files with depths <= 8
with RLE decoding as well.
Cosmetics for indenting raw data reading switch{} is omitted.
Tested on BMP files from mplayerhq.
