Just to be clear, these are byte 5-16 of the first packet where byte
13 is a 0x20 (first packet), 0x2e (packet 2-10 or 20 or so) and 0xe0
(rest of the stream, sometimes interleaved with a single 0x2e packet).
You can deduce this from the seqnum also.
