instead of reorganizing samples, we could automate
adding the fourcc and audio codec to the filename.

e.g. sample1.mkv becomes sample1-mpg1-mp3.mkv
videofile.rm becomes videofile-rv40-cook.rm

that way no matter what directory its in , we can still find those
codecs in other directories from allsamples.txt.

afaict, the samples repo is currently organized based on what part
of the sample is fixing a bug. so for example bar.mov is in
the mov subdir because of some container bug. while foo.mov is in the
v-codecs/svq3 subdir because of an unimplemented svq3 feature.
