[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Use pkgconfig for dirac libs

Since pkgconfig is used for dirac cflags, it makes sense to also use it 
for libs, in-line with libschroedinger.

Also, the pkgconfig statement for dirac cflags has quotes, wheras the 
statement for pkgconfig cflags/libs for libschroedinger do not have 
quotes. Someone might want to make it consistent one way or the other.
