OK, I applied it, I think it makes future work on stream selection
easier (because it makes it easy to see one RDT set represents
multiple AVStreams and which one it represents).

Attached patch is the next patch in my set, it adds rule-number
parsing, as submitted earlier, updated against latest SVN.
