No, Certainly not Missing* ;) All bits set to zero -- neither. This
check is also not present in section 2.4.8.7.3 (Incorrect Packet
Detection) so from what I can tell from the top of my head this was
just a better-to-look-both-ways even if the street is one-direction-only
case. Let me give it another look, I'll come back to you on this
after applying some of the other changes.
