Hmm, I read through the agreement on that first page, but as I am not a 
lawyer, I am a bit confused. There are talking about the person signing 
as being an organization or individual _running_ an open source or free 
software project. I am misreading this right? I'd just signing up as 
_one_ of the mentors of the FFmpeg project, right?

Furthermore, the administrative stuff, Mike, are you doing that this 
year too? (At least I thought I remembered you saying you did that last 
year...).
