This is the only patch Mandriva applies to ffmpeg.

Anyway, I'm not going to insist on applying this upstream.

I guess the header/symbol inconsistency should be fixed in some way,
though, be it providing img_convert, fixing img_convert in header to be
properly conditional (so that one actually gets a compilation error if
trying to use it), or dropping old img_convert stuff alltogether.
