[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Remove unnecessary ffmpeg.c:opt_qdiff

Hi all,
this simplifies ffmpeg.c a little.

Note that this patch also removes the constraints on qdiff_max which
are currently set to >= 1 and <= 31 using ffmpeg, although I think
it's more correct to use the same constraints as set in the
AVCodecContext options.
