Well, that's a compromise we have to find.
I see some features needed also, like to be able to set ftyp brand.

Besides, I noticed that for .mov current muxer write double sets of
metadata, and I'd like only one set being the standard .mov way.

So I'd like not to write itunes specific metadata for .mov. Are you ok
with that ?
