float_to_int16_interleave() is done. imdct_half() is still in progress
as there's a bug in the code I've written. I don't think this should
be a stopper for this getting into trunk though and I will mark myself
as maintainer of aac.c and aactab.h when it's there.

Attached is a new full patch that is synced with the changes made
since the earlier patch in this thread.
