[FFmpeg-devel] Ruku currently violating GPL with their Netflix Player?

"Netflix Player" by Ruku is a Linux-based set-top-box which offers
online rental of movies and TV-shows, streaming from the internet to
the Netflix Player hardware on-demand.

Ruku recently announced the release of the third-party source source
libraries that they use in their Netflix Player, and some of these are
licensed under the GPL. Now the question is, is Ruku currently
violating the GPL as they has only released the third-party source
source libraries and none of their own Netflix player code? As I
understand the GPL, if you use GPL in your project then you are
obligated to release the full source code of the project that the GPL
code is used in, or?

under one or more open source licenses. The source code listed here is
complete to the best of Roku's knowledge. If you believe any
additional source code files should be provided under the applicable
open source license, please contact us at support at roku.com and provide
in detail the product or code module in question. Roku, Inc. is
committed to meeting the requirements of the open source licenses
including the GNU General Public License (GPL) and will make all
required source code available on its website"
