[FFmpeg-devel] H 264 File Structure Reference

Hello, 

    I am trying to figure out the header structure of the 
h.264 file format.  I am aware of the ITU standard, however, 
it is very difficult, and I was hoping some a little easier, 
and more understandable.

    Although, the NAL structure seems clearly defined 7.3.1, 
the over structure of the file seems more cryptic.  Where is 
the file header defined, and where can i expect the first 
NAL unit to start at in a regular file.
