[FFmpeg-devel] is packet video supported?

MPEG4 has a "packet video" feature. When this is
enabled in the video stream, the decoder should be
able to cope with any lost portions of a frame by not
using predictive motion vectors that refer to
macroblocks that were lost.

Does ffmpeg support that capability?
