This list is for development *of* FFmpeg. Your message is offtopic here, 
use ffmpeg-user or libav-user instead. Also, next time write a 
descriptive "Subject" line.

FFmpeg don't compile in VC. Now, I really don't know why you (or anyone 
else) need a h264 decoder that compiles in VC. You can just compile 
ffmpeg with Mingw and link it with your VC6 code (search the ffmpeg-user 
ML).
