[FFmpeg-devel] RTP streaming for H.264 video

Hi all,

I have two patches for supporting H.264 video in the SDP
generator and in the RTP muxer:

(note: the patches still use avc_find_startcode(); that has to be
updated to ff_avc_find_startcode(), but I did not want to upload a new
patch for such a simple change).

I think the patches are now in an acceptable state, and I'd like to
commit them in the next days. So, if I missed something obvious about
the patches, or I misunderstood some comments let me know.
