[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Optionally precalculate clip_table.

The attached patch (quite inspired by Aurelien's patch to libavutil's
crc) hardcodes a copy of the clip table, rather than calculating it at
runtime, when the --enbale-hardcoded-tables is passed at configure.

I'm not sure if it should be optional, though, at least on my system
with this change the table is not even emitted anymore. At the very
least, with this patch, it's moved from .data to .rodata.
