[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Make wmv1_scantable a totally constant table

The attached patch modifies the definition of wmv1_scantable so that
it's an actual array of arrays (rather than an array of pointers), it
should make it use less memory, and it moves it entirely in .rodata even
when using PIC.
