I looked over all the demux_* files in libmpdemux, but I might have missed 
something, like SL support for mpegts which Nico pointed out.

Yes, or at least prefer lavf demuxers over native ones (if available) and 
then remove them after say six months if nobody complained about them not 
working as good as before.
