[FFmpeg-devel] [patch] drop Blackfin -mfdpic forcing into build flags

the Blackfin toolchains will automatically select FDPIC according to
the toolchain/tuple, so there's no need (and indeed this is unwanted)
to force -mfdpic into the compile/linker flags
