Hi!

Well, after quite some time, I think that lavfi can have it first try in 
getting to SVN.

I'm a little short of time, so I'll probably be a little slow to reply 
the reviews. Nevertheless I hope it progress slowly but surely.

For those who don't know, lavfi == libavfilter, the SoC project of Bobby 
Bingham (who is still working on it, but has even less time than me).

For this first batch of patches, I'm submitting the patches for the 
basic infrastructure. I'm splitting it in three messages which add 
different files to make reviewing easier.
